He’s still in the hospital, and will be for (we hope) only one more night. They were not able to fit him in today for immediately necessary diagnostic tests - hence another night spent on a ward - so we still don’t even know what we’re dealing with yet.

Antoine, ever his cheerful and laidback self, is passing the time by reading lots of books, playing backgammon on his mobile phone, and chatting with doctors and nurses. One of the doctors recommended that he visit the Cleveland Clinic next week…if he is still able to fly to Cincinnati on Saturday, as has been the plan for a while now. (I don’t think Antoine had the heart to tell him just how far Cincinnati is from Cleveland.)
