Cadbury listens to what customers say online

After noting the high level of demand for the return of the Wispa bar from people online, Cadbury is re-introducing the product.
The listening part of the online conversation is one that most companies are not so enthusiastic about, not when they could be talking and SHOUTING about how wonderful they are and how everyone should buy their stuff. Kudos to Cadbury for shutting up long enough to hear what customers were telling them.
