Members of the Federation of Black Cowboys turned out for the grand opening of Over-the-Rhine’s newest retail establishment, furniture store A Lucky Step. They were giving kids and adults free horse rides through OTR. Black cowboys on horseback in the ‘hood is not something I had seen before, nor do I think I’ll see it again. Very cool.
