Doc Searls and his reserve of calm

Okay, after having suffered my own nightmares with United Airlines this month (and witnessing blogger/Yahoo guy Ian Kennedy in the line next to me having his own horrible time with them), I don’t know how Doc Searls can go through this palaver and only emit an “AARG”. Where do I buy that kind of calm?
