Anyone who’s been reading this blog for any length of time won’t be surprised to find out that I am less than impressed with the attempts to force young girls to receive the HPV vaccine. It’s disturbing that this is happening as more evidence emerges that the US government’s decision several years ago to mandate the addition of extra folate to lots of foods (all bread products, enriched flour, pasta, and more) was short-sighted and is causing serious health problems for plenty of people. Honest question, as I have no idea: How involved is the pro-choice crowd in fighting for a female’s right to choose this vaccine as opposed to having it forced on her by the state?
