“If Julie Kirkbride gets fired, the sexists win.” Riiiiiight.

Julie Kirkbride is one of the many Members of Parliament who’ve been ripping off British taxpayers for years. (She expensed a $100k extension on her home, plus $2000 worth of photo shoots and more.) Guess why she thinks we should let her keep of job?

[T]oday she claimed her vilification could have a knock-on effect by deterring mothers from becoming MPs.

‘What effect will stories like mine have on mothers who aspire to be MPs? We want Parliament to be more representative and that includes women with school-age children.’

Julie Kirkbride’s opinion of women is a lot lower than you’d expect from someone who fancies herself a feminist.

She should get the sack just for having the cheek to use such a flimsy, wimpy, insulting excuse for her theft. How dim does she think women are, nevermind the rest of the public?

Or does she really think that women, including mothers, won’t go into politics if they think stealing from the taxpayer might be a bit trickier from now on?

  1. Women like this make me so angry that I can barely type straight.

  2. I preferred it when they threatened to kill themselves if we carried on hassling them over their thieving.

    Or they could quit.

It’s not like being a police officer in Nazi-occupied Paris, where you weren’t allowed to resign without risking being marked for “special treatment.”
