I guess Cincinnati city councilwoman Laketa Cole is just trying to keep it real:

“She called me a whore, so I called her one back,” Cole said. “That’s when she ran up on me and started attacking me. My shirt was all torn up; she grabbed my hair and pulled it. I had a mark on my face.” According to the police report, Fields said Cole punched and scratched her as the two women struggled.

[Cole’s boyfriend] has been in trouble with the law in the past, including driving without a license, driving on suspension and for having a loud car stereo. Hamilton County Clerk of Court records show he missed an August court date on the driving on suspension charge and a warrant has been [issued] for his arrest.

I don’t participate in farcical elections anyway, so this kind of thing brings me nothing but amusement. I doubt the pregnant woman who Councilwoman Cole got into a fight with is laughing, though.
