Is Steve Jobs in London?

I saw someone who looked exactly like him earlier tonight, jogging in Hyde Park (just across from the Dorchester and Grosvenor House, along Park Lane). If he’s in London, might this mean we’re closer to knowing for sure who’s going to be the carrier for the iPhone in the UK? (I tried to verify Jobs’ whereabouts this week and failed.)
