It might have been a good idea to get at least a half hour’s kip last night. Oh well, I’m sure I’ll still be an utter joy for Antoine to make the 10+ hour journey from our house to Kentucky with today…

(NB Le Gâteau Piège was awesome. We ate it with some Cava after a supper of fish soup, pasta with mussels and prawns, and a good cheese course, but it would be just as nice after a Big Mac. Not that I suggest you attempt to confirm this.)
