Question for BBC people

Beeb employees tend to be good about answering my questions, so here’s another one: Why does the BBC disable embedding of its YouTube clips, preventing bloggers (even those who fund the Corporation) from spreading its content as easily as possible?

(I have a feeling not many of you will click through to watch this, from what is one of my favorite shows ever, even though I think you’d be glad if you did.)
