Skybus needs customer service help

Last night was not the most fun I’ve had. The good news: Our flight wasn’t cancelled. The bad news: Skybus didn’t tell us anything, and didn’t themselves seem to know much.

Our flight from Stewart International (Newburgh, NY) landed at Port Columbus three hours late in the end.
