I met Paul Jozefak on Twitter via Jeff Nolan, a mutual friend. Paul (who is in Germany) has told me several times that I remind him of his sister, insisting that the two of us should meet someday.

Today, he sent me a Twitter message saying that she was in San Francisco, too. A few hours later, she and I were laughing our heads off in a wine bar on 4th Street.

So when someone asks how you could possibly meet anyone new through something like Twitter, you’ll now have a good example to use.
