After the small gathering at Bebo HQ on Wednesday night, many of us headed to the ultra-cool Slide, a bar/club owned by Friendster’s founder, for an official Web Mission party. We had the whole place to ourselves and drinks paid for by Sun Microsystems. Sweet.

Pictured: the exceedingly affable Hilary Keane from Enterprise Ireland, me, Segala CEO Paul Walsh, and Bebo co-founder Paul Birch. After this we headed to the Mashable party at Mighty, which looked like some good craic. Sadly, I had to head home on the last train and get some writing work done. Life here isn’t all free Diet Cokes and canapés, you know.
