Well, THAT was fun
Believe it or not, this week has contained even more drama than I’ve recounted here. It’s been wild, but not all bad. That said, I am on my way out the door for cocktails and diner food with some friends, and I am SO GLAD this week is pretty much behind me. Onward and upward and whatever other clichés I can manage to repeat to myself for the next several months. Thanks to all who supported me this week through various trials, and especially (as always) to Antoine, who at this point has earned his sainthood many times over.
And now, one of the good things that happened this week - finding the video for one of my favourite records (I Can Buy You by A Camp, the solo project of the Cardigans’ gorgeous singer, Nina Persson) on YouTube. Since I stopped watching music videos - to which I was truly addicted; give me a remote control and I will flip between all the music video channels non-stop - I now hear songs first and see the videos later, and am almost always disappointed in the videos. This is no exception, but it did kind of make me laugh, and the song is still good. Enjoy, and have a good weekend.
