2) There’s nobody to smell nice for, so you don’t.

3) The new neighbours’ hourly “Fun with Drills” routine is even less charming on weekdays.

4) Not only are you sat at your desk when you should be commuting, you’re sat at your desk when you should be unwinding from your commute.

5) No one’s there to appreciate all your rude, inappropriate mutterings.

On the plus side, you get a lot done, you can take the phone off the hook, and nobody gives you shit if, at lunchtime, you eat cold spaghetti straight from the tin.
